Shipping cost is calculated after placing an order. Additional invoice is sent after that.

Original order shipping and delivery costs are refundable.

Your order will be delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday).

Orders received and/or processed after that time will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and may include a 5 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 7 days due to the volume of orders.

Tracking An Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Failed delivery procedure

If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address, postal services may try to deliver the package three more times.

Exchange policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however should you wish to return your order for an exchange, please note that we don't accept exchanges or returns for underwear, bras, bralettes and tops, panties, underwear sets, shorts and tops in lingerie style, socks, tights, stockings, lingerie accessories, corsetry items, lingerie style overalls, swimsuits and bikinis.

We accept bondage items for exchanges and returns. If you wish to return your order for an exchange, please note that exchange must be sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. In the case of a refund, we charge a 10% commission on operating expenses.

Please ensure the item(s) are in a new and unused condition, with the original label and tags still intact and in the original bag and packaging.

Exchanges: If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website or alternatively, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

How to exchange your order?

To create your exchange, please fill in the form.

You will receive a unique exchange label and will be fully updated on the progress of your exchange.

Please note:

A exchange request must be created within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ship your parcel as soon as you receive your exchange paperwork.

Any unauthorised order received to the warehouse will be returned to sender. All postal services and exchanges are paid by the costumer.
